By looking at the title of this unit, i thought it will be focusing on maintaining discipline and handling difficult situations, but it covers way more than that. It talks about the soft/presentation skills needed from teacher to make the class more interesting and also the students grouping during activities as well as how the classroom arrangement could effect the outcome of teaching. i also found it very useful to learn how to "give instructions", sometimes give simple instruction requires a lot of work in advance, this is challenging to the teacher but also fun when could help students to learn and improve.
