The videos in this study unit were highly informative as to what is accepted and not accepted when teaching. The teaching efforts started with can have a significant impact later on in a lesson. It is absolutely imperative to explain activities thoroughly and use elicitation to enforce their outcomes. The way in which students respond to a friendly teacher who is invested in the lesson are phenomenal and are of utmost importance. Methodology can differ but the attitude of the teacher has to encourage students. Students seem to appreciate longevity in the lesson, thus the lesson is supposed to follow through for sufficient results, meaning from the engage phase to the activate phase.
