This unit served as a reminder to me of just how many tenses there are and how it might be very confusing for a non-native speaker to speak using the correct tenses. I in fact had completely forgotten that there are 12 tenses in total as we usually just simplify them all and only think of the 3 different ones namely; past, present and future. This unit focused specifically on present tense and so broadened my understanding of the present tense and I look forward to learning more about the other tenses.
