This unit discussed basic grammar and rules of the English language including aspects such as nouns, verbs, prepositions, adjectives, adverbs, and the like. While I was already familiar with a great deal of most of the content due to prior language study, there were a few things with which I was refamiliarized. I also learned several subtle, yet important rules such as the order of adjectives and certain spelling rules for comparative adjectives -- I had no idea that these were actually rules, rather I thought it was something that you simply had to learn over time and memorize.
