I think that since I have previous teaching experience this unit mainly pointed out and reminded me of the important characteristics and roles a teacher should have in different moments. I learnt the importance of these roles, for example the importance of being an observer but also being able to take part in activities with the students. I have also thought about how to keep a student interested by focusing on some of the reasons why he/she want to learn the language. Obviously in a group lesson this could be more complicated in order to not leave anyone out.
