Unit 6 is the second unit of learning tense system.Previously we have been taught about present tense,and now about past tense and its four elements,which are (1) Simple,(2)Continuous,(3)perfect and (4)Perfect continuous.So there are certain similarities between present and past tense but needing few changes in formation.As like present tense,Past tense also based on four areas regarding correction of grammatical points,which are (1)Forms,(2)Usage,(3)common mistakes and errors and (4)Activate teaching ideas.Additionally,the base form of verbs also transformed from present to past,I.e. go-went,walk-talked.The formation by adding d, or ed is known as regular verbs and the remaining are known as irregular verbs.There are no common laws for the non-native speakers to identify the formation system.Continuing the Study-Activate phase is the only effective way to get instructed about past tense system.
