Study Phase: Intonation and Pronunciation patterns, Choral and individual repetition, Gap fills, Sentence word order activities Activate Phase: Communication games, Role-play, Story building, Teaching language Functions such as inviting, refusing, agreeing, and disagreeing, suggestion, Etc are also part of the English language. the teacher has to decide the appropriateness of teaching the language function. These functions also range from formal, informal, tentative and technical.
