This module is important to me as to manage the class whether on the physical arrangement, eye contact, etc. I think the important part is building rapport between teacher and students. Then set an expectation with follow-up actions can help to allow students to know what they are expected and consequences. Thus, maintaining discipline could be easier. Teacher will need to plan on TTT so as to allow more STT such that the lesson could be fruitful for the students.
