This unit introduces us what makes a good teacher ,what makes a good learner and the different roles of the teacher.It also tells us the different features between Adult learners and younger learners . I learn quite a lot from this unit. being an English teacher , I should not just care my own teaching, I should also care the students learning. Good teacher can build good rapport with the students , motivate the learner and involve all the student equally. For me ,I really like teaching, while if I want to be an excellent English teacher , one important part is i shoud make my class more interesting ,varied .Also i should play the different roles of teacher more skillfully. Motivation for the students is really important. I should encourge them more to help them build the confidence. Also for diferent students , they are so different in the learning, interest. It's very important for me to teach them according to their own features, which can make them willing to study .
