A good informative unit that has given me more thought on how to teach students of second language learners. It's good to know how deep to go with different texts and lessons also this works well with any classroom. The teaching ideas and concepts help students to understand the basic level of understanding to a new topic. What's very good is knowing receptive skills and productive skills are equally important. A good teacher is able to sense what the students needs are and the best way to teach those needs. Understanding the skills and utilizing them to the fullest will help students learn the language better and help us as teachers.
