In this unit much information was covered beginning with the first meeting in a classroom and the most common method to testing a students strengths and weaknesses. Depending on how many questions are found to be correct, this information gives the teacher the knowledge at what proficiency students are at individually. Next portion to be addressed is a needs analysis will give you an introduction into what your students have learned in the past and this can be done using a simple questionnaire. Next on the addendum an evaluation of the students 4 language skills are tested. Then the course goes on to show examples of how to build a course syllabus and create the lesson plans that will allow you to teach the students. The course shows a list of tests and what they are used for. It also describes in detail what goals are being achieved by the various testing methods. The task based actions at the end are preparing the student for the final examination.
