Personally I found this unit a good introduction, not too long to be boring but still containing all the necessary information that the topic requires. The first part, talking about the roles of the teacher and the characteristics of a good teacher is very useful, if not essential for a teacher, that has no experiences in teaching and is about to begin their career. I found the second part, that describes the differences between different age groups and students from different cultures very entertaining, since I could also reflect on my own language-learning experiences.
