I absolutely loved this unit. This material in the provided unit goes into detail about the benefits from grouping students as a whole, all the way to how using gestures in class can dictate a classroom. It is amazing how such methods can determine how students will behave in the classroom. Teaching is really an art. I also loved the section about establishing rapport with students. These are the ways to build a relationship with them and this will help them open up and learn at a quicker rate.
