i have learnt that managing your class depends on a wide range of factors, how big your class is, the age or nationality of your students, their personalities. these are the things a teacher needs to consider, will they receive the most from the students in terms of participation, will students grow and gain confidence individually or will they diminish in confidence? managing a class also depends on how much time a teacher has talking, it is important to pick the times carefully where students are allowed the chance to speak and how the teacher encourages the talking time of the students. another point in managing a class is how the discipline is served, there are times where a teacher needs to harsh if needed and it is important that a teacher focuses on the behaviour rather than the student at fault.
