This lesson was extremely beneficial to me. The breakdown of different types of beginners was very helpful. It helped me to realize how important it is to analyze what level and what type of beginner I am teaching so as to address their specific needs. I have many adult students and they only want conversation but this lesson helped me to understand the need to practice reading, writing and comprehension with them as well. I also need to change up my methods and approach.
