This unit was similar to previous grammar units in that it taught me new terminology and helped me to better articulate grammar rules that I usually don't think about. I also realized when reviewing the material just how complex verb tenses can be, as they often overlap with one another. I also notice some of these tenses are significantly more advanced than others. It is very unlikely you would teach all of them to the same class for the first time. I can figure it out on my own, but it may be helpful to identify which verb tenses would be associated with which levels of English learners and label the most basic, intermediate and advanced tenses and tense usages.
