This Unit focuses on teaching English language to students. There are mainly three aspects considered when introducing the new language to students,which are Grammar, Vocabulary and functions. All of them work hand in hand on bringing exposure to understanding, meaning, construction and ability to produce and practice the new language learnt and being taught. It is very crucial to introduce and teach the new language to students at an early age so as they can grasp the content and be able to practice it in talking and writing as they advance in their learning. For a teacher the big challenge is the ability to choose the right words to teach and on so doing the teacher has to consider different criteria s affecting students and activities being done. I have learnt about the factors to consider when teaching new language to students and to make sure that students grasp the teaching fast.
