This unit covers the way in which a teacher has to manage a class and a good relationship between the teacher and the students. There are different aspects a teacher has to consider when arranging the seating of students in class, some are the students personality and age of students.It is important as teacher to always control the sitting of students looking at their ability and the beneficial of the activity being done and also try by all means to consider the students personality when grouping the students, as some would prefer to work alone as this helps them to be self-reliant. The teacher talk time should always be reduced as our main focus is on the students to understand and be able to use the English language well.Individual consultations with students is important as it helps to build a trust worthy relationship and an understanding between students and teacher. I have learnt that the way the teacher relates to students should always be positive as to allow students to express themselves and be able to consult with the teacher whenever they want to and as such it eases their learning progress.
