I myself found this unit very difficult so I can only imagine it is difficult to teach as a second language. I even struggled with some of the tense identification in earlier units so this topic with changing tense forms and identifying the conditional type from 4 different possibilities was also quite difficult. Reporting the speech of another is also another linguistic quirk I hadnt really considered before this unit.
