Unit 20 is the last one of this course. It covers troubleshooting very briefly. I believe there might be some specific issues in each country or age class, which might not be covered within the unit. Finding out how to solve these specific issue is part of the teaching experience. Literature on the topic or asking of more experienced colleagues might help. I am currently teaching Chinese language in multinational class with very irregular attendance and there are many issues I do not know how to solve. The Unit 20 gave a general idea about few of them.
