The information I deemed most notable from this unit was the information pertaining to teaching larger classes. My reason for this is because most of my classes consist of 35 – 45 students and controlling that class size has always been one of my biggest challenges. In terms of native language being used during the classes, what I do is use native language to pre-teach difficult words by encouraging students to repeat the word in their native tongue then its meaning in English a few times prior to playing audio/video.
