This unit discusses modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. All of these subjects deal with the grammar portion of language. I learned what words are 'modals' and how they are used and the most appropriate time to use them. As a native english speaker this unit was very interesting in regard to the modals as even today many native english speakers often use the incorrect or less correct modal in everyday speech. I learned about the passive and active voice and how the passive voice is used and how to form a passive voice sentence using the correct tense.
