I have found particularly useful this unit in classroom management. Is interesting to see that to build up rapport and successful lessons you don't need to be an extrovert but rather inspire confidence among students as individuals and as a class. Some strategies learned during the lesson such as how to properly use your gestures, eye contact, and voice or how to group the students depending on different aspects, have helped me understand that the way you set your class and pay attention to those factors that are not only academically related, is absolutely key to create good lessons in which students feel secure, engaged and not bored or unmotivated.
