This unit is like the icing on the cake. With all the education in mind, the teacher can forget that these kids are hungry for the knowledge, they just haven't been given certain patience, or attentive care to satisfy that craving. There's going to be large classes, and kids that don't quite understand as fast as others, but that shouldn't stop anyone from educating. Get to know the class at the beginning, understand their needs. Be patient, caring, and attentive because no one is going to like learning from someone yelling at them to hurry up and understand the material you learned at a younger age. Everyone has their own pace. To express one's thoughts is a human right, and to be able to expand on that, to express, not only in one language, but in multiple languages. Who knows how far that kid might go, from an international movie star, to, heck, a Colombian wanting to travel the world. See as much as possible, help educate, provide smiles, and love around this beautiful planet. Thank you for the education TEFL, I can't wait to provide that same satisfaction I've received.
