In this unit, I learned that little things like gestures, projection of voice, and seat arrangements are vital in helping one manage a class efficiently. These all affect the students' level of comfort in class as well building rapport that in the end, will help them become more open and unafraid of using the language and even committing mistakes in the process. I believe the biggest challenge for me here is how to become more assertive but tips like handling the class cooly and reprimanding students in private are great ways to do this.
