Unit 16 teaches about conditionals and reported speech; the conditionals section covers zero, first, second, third and mixed conditionals; it discusses typical student mistakes and errors and gives teaching ideas. The reported speech section describes reported speech and direct speech; verb tenses, pronouns and time expressions, potential student mistakes/ errors and teaching ideas are discussed also. I feel I have learnt how to identify and explain conditionals in speech. I also learnt I will need to teach this material with great care and at a slow pace.
