This unit was about reported speech and conditionals. The conditional section was easier to understand as far as content goes. The teaching ideas were nice as they would allow students to be creative with their answers. As for the reported speech section, the diagram and the time expressions were confusing. The diagram more so that the time expression section. Other than that, this unit forced me to look at conditionals as I have never done so before. I did not think it would be a problem but looking at the rules for tense changes and then noting student mistakes that I have heard has given me fresh eyes.
