Unit 16 is about conditionals and reported speech. conditionals are sentences containing if or when, which refer to past, present or future possibilities. The five main conditionals are: Zero conditional, First conditional, second conditional, third conditional and Mixed conditional. In this lesson we can find different ideas of exercises to teach these five cases. The second part of the lesson is about reported speech. The teacher needs to know how to change the verbs, the pronouns and the time expressions from direct speech to reported speech as this can be complicated for the students.
