This unit is talking about teachers handling large classes and possible ways in which they can use to solve the problem, especially when the teacher is dilevery the first lesson. At this moment students are classified into two categories, that is; existing students and new group of students. With this new students, they are backward and so the teacher have to use his/her teaching skills to bring them to the level of the new students. For example; teaching them in a simple language. Pair them in groups and use good teaching aids.
Although the teacher finds it difficult to handle the class alone, he/she still have an advantage because he/she will have enough intelligent students who will be working with those who are backward after pairing them in groups.
