Another extremely informative chapter. I have personally never experienced many of the above problems and so it is important that I take note of these. I believe experience will be of utmost importance. Although knowing and preparing for what I can do, every student and group of students will be different and I should be ready to improvise and cater to different needs as they arise. I have thoroughly enjoyed learning about the intricacies of teaching English as a second language. It is very different from my experiences in life due to the fact that I was brought up in a bilingual family. However, I do believe my own experiences will have a great impact on my future work as I might be able to empathize with students who are struggling.
