In this unit I learned that teachers will encounter some challenges when teaching students. Teachers usually have new students every new school year or term. However teachers should try and find strategies to develop new strategies to build and maintain positive relationship with students. Thus, teacher will be able to know the students individually. I find that unit 12 on receptive skills was introduced again in the last unit.
