In Unit 19, we went over different class types one might encounter when teaching English. Most of these were different types of beginner classes from individual students, young children, adults, and business English. Assessments to evaluate a class' English level are helpful tools when starting with a group. Some students might have previous exposure to the English language and others may not even be familiar with roman characters. Just as any lesson has taught, teachers should be ready to adapt to their class' needs.
