This unit covered some helpful advice on how to manage students and a classroom, like body language, different seating arrangements, how to balance TTT and STT, how to establish rapport and how to give instructions to students in a productive manner. While a lot of it were things I would consider fairly obvious (don't lose your temper, don't shout, etc.) there were a lot of really helpful tips, especially in regards to certain body language cues and the benefits to different approaches when it comes to seating arrangement and group/individual/pair work.
