In Unit 20, I learned about teaching the first class, what I should be focusing on, and about learning with cassette tapes. When teaching the first class, I should not go through the coursebook at all. I should be testing the students' abilities in English first to see where they are. In the beginning of class, I should have an ice breaker or warmer to start with, like hang man, or memory games. When listening to cassette tapes, I should play the tape over as many times as needed for the students to understand it fully before moving forward with the lesson.
