I have learned that there are many different dimensions and aspects of a teacher and a learner.
The level of the student can vary from age and cultural interaction to english speakers, while the different forms of teaching is varied and applied to capture and help mold each student into further advancement. I think it is important for a good teacher to mix up the teaching the different teaching approaches to get a good feel for what works best with their students. It is important to keep the engaged, encouraged and showing signs of understanding and advancement.
