A profound difference in teaching attitude and preparation by the teacher in the first video as opposed to the second video. Teacher does not have a lesson plan thought out, poor explanation in the engage stage. Lack of Instruction in the Engage phase also in the first lesson. We have all been to meetings where the person calling a meeting has given the participants very little information to what is going to be discussed, so this prevents those participating a clear role during the meeting. This is the same for these two examples.
