This unit introduce me how to use eye contact gesture and the voice to engage the students and make the lesson to be effective. A well organized lesson is make up of appropriate classroom arrangement, the well balanced distribution of TTT and STT, and the right way of student grouping. I also learned how to give out clear instruction, Establishing rapport, and how to deal with problem behavior. Overall this united prepared me to be able to mange and control the class with the appropriate manners.
