This unit showcases how important it is to be adaptable as a teacher because the needs of a student can vary greatly depending on the environment or what type of student they are. Basically I have learned is it is important to pay attention what your students need from you as a teacher. You cannot expect to be able to always do the same thing and have it work. You need to be flexible.
