By watching the two different lessons you can clearly see how a teacher presents themselves in class makes a great impact on the student's learning. In the first lesson the instructor was not clear in explaining the target language and the activity. Also the way he reacted to students' mistakes made for a discouraging learning environment. While in the second lesson he did not only explain clearly, but made sure the students had a good understanding before moving on. Also by having a more positive attitude he had great rapport with the students creating a more encouraging learning environment. In the second lesson the students also have a much higher level of talk time compared to the first lesson.
