from this unit I have learnt that it is important for an inexperienced teacher to have a lesson plan because it helps him/her to conduct the lesson easily. A lesson plan helps to keep record of the things that have been covered and the materials that have been used. A lesson plan has to be clear and simple it must not contain every word that the teacher is going to say for it to be easy to refer during the lesson. It is important that the teacher runs through the lesson plan and make sure he/she has the aid and materials needed before the lesson so as to avoid inconveniences during the lesson.
