This unit is mainly about the comparison of two classes. There are two videos of classes which have same contents. However, a teacher's teaching techniques can greatly make an effect on the effectiveness and decide whether this class is sucessful or not. There are following aspects that can differenciate the quality of classes: teacher's attitude , teacher's teaching technique such as elicitation, pronunciation drill, how to give a clear instrustion and check whether it's fully understood. error correction, monitoring the activity,compliments and body languages,tone and speaking speed.The teacher in the second class is very positive and interactive. He gives the instrustions clearly and use comfortable tone, speaking speed and body language to make students be more confident. While the teacher in the first class is pessmsive, not nice and warm enough.
