This unit presented information about conditionals and reported speech. The types of conditionals were explained and broken down into uses and functions, along with suggested teaching activities and common mistakes. Reported speech was also presented along with teaching activities and common mistakes.
I usually find the grammar-based chapters of this course a bit more helpful than the rest, and this was no exception. It was refreshing to see all the conditionals' parts of speech broken down and explained. I had also never considered the grammar or theory behind reported speech, so it was certainly a welcomed challenge to grasp the concept. I'll be sure to use this information should the topics come up during my school's curriculum.
