In this lesson, I learned about how to effectively and successfully teach productive skills, which include speaking and writing. Two factors within productive skills include accuracy and fluency, which allow the students to actively reproduce the language, and also use their creativity for a flowing and communicative skills within their speaking and writing skills. There are many different methods in which to teach and introduce these concepts, such as through controlled, guided, and creative speaking activities, using pair and group work to encourage interaction, and games such as hangman. It is with feedback that the students are able to receive corrections and widen their accuracy and fluency.
