The unit entitled 'Troubleshooting' basically encompassed difficulties that can be faced within a classroom and their relative solutions. The common problem situations varied from teaching and encountering a new class or existing class of either monolingual or multilingual students to dealing with reluctant students. There were several points that were reiterated from previous chapters which I found very useful and practical. Overall, it briefly intertwines lesson planning with classroom management which reinforces different aspects and lessons learnt within this course.
