This unit is the last unit for the whole course of TEFL course, it is talking about several problems situation usually arise in the classroom. It has mentioned some troubleshooting techniques that extreme useful for new teachers. Two kinds of classrooms that teachers will encounter are new group and existing group. The difference between these two groups are that new group will have the new students and they do not know each other and might be unfamiliar with EFL methodology, and Existing group is contrary with New group that Students are comfortable and know each other and they are familiar to EFL course. Obviously the first lesson as well as the first day of class that teachers should be establish rapport between students and teacher, find out student's needs, aspirations and level of each other. There are four varieties of activities that including three communication activities and one worksheet. For communication activities are questionnaire/survey, tell us about and keep talking and the another one is needs analysis. Experienced teachers usually motivate the students by play the warmer activities to change the environment of class to get more fun and that is the best beginning for the new day to study. That best idea that teachers arrange and pair the stronger student with the weaker ones while the class have different abilities of students that can help them be able to follow the same pace of the course. Large classes are the opportunity as well as much challenging for the teachers who one to be more excellent in the experience. These are some tips that most teachers usually use while they monitor the large classes such as arrange a pair a group work, clearness of voice and broad work, choose some students to become group leaders to assist teachers to collect work, hand out worksheets, keep control and monitor the classroom. etc. During a study time, teachers should be avoid to use the native language with students, except when students are necessary. There are some methodologies that also prevent the students are active to speak native language with teachers, teacher should be clearness of explanation, only respond to english, and constantly encourage students to speaking English. The reluctant students are who seem to do not want to talk, express or participate in class. There are some useful ideas that be able to improve the reluctant student's confidence such as teachers Encourage them to more join in role play, pair work that another can assists them to practice more productive skills. etc. The last one is the difficulties of listening are the common problems that most of study english students happened, the problems may arise on students is from the speed and the accent. In my opinion, teacher should be encourage students to listen with different of speeds, from slow to fast, and the accent of The America and The British also essential for students to learn.
