This unit was defiantly a lot harder for me compared to the previous unit for the following reasons. There was a lot more to remember and I was always contradicting my answers. Quite distracted at the moment. Hopefully next unit would be better for me in terms of interest.Overview: A summary of basic English syntax. Personally, I did not derive too much from this unit. A cursory overview is always useful, but there was no new information presented. I am sure that I will need to be doing more research and prep work on my own before teaching. In this part of the unit I have learnt the importance of reading and listening , I have learnt the phases in receptive skills. I have learnt how to set up task work for students, I have also learnt the purpose of receptive skills as in its benefits and entertaining aspect
