In this TEFL review, Athena talks about her experience on ITTT’s online TEFL course. Athena completed the 20 units of the course over a period of 3 weeks. Athena chose to do the online course because she was already working as a teacher and she needed to be able to fit her studying around her job.
Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.
In this unit, I have learnt the conditional forms and usages which I did not know before. I learnt the difference between reported and direct speech, and all the forms which change. I am confident now that I will be able to teach students these rules and conditions. After so many examples of the Engage, Study and Activate stage, I think that I am confident in my abilities of coming up with a lesson plan based on ESA. I have also learnt how to teach English to different types of students such as beginners, business students etc. From this unit I reviewed most of the useful grammars I have learnt, and I still remember most of them so its easy for me just to reviewe them. But its very good ,listed in order and I believe it’s really useful for most of the people. Thank you.
