Classroom management refer to the wide variety of skills and techniques that teachers use to keep students organized attentiv4e and on task during a class when these strategies are executed effectively teachers minimize the behaviours that facilitate or enhance learning .In this unit I learned the different styles of teaching, what makes a good teacher, what makes a good learner, the common European framework established by the council of Europe state into 6 different levels and the different language levels distinctions for the students.This chapter was more difficult than the previous one. I found it difficult juggling the acronyms and different Cambridge English Certificates. Furthermore, I feel that the distinction between Placement and Diagnostic tests was very fine, but I realized the distinction.
