When I learned about teachers, I want to add how to deal the student's mistakes and how to deal with them in appropriate way by regarding the student's emotions.Another things is that I came to know the names of the teacher's roles and the range of the student's level. The pronunciation in english is the are where students have the most confusion and thats make them not confident in speaking. every lesson should dedicate some time having pronunciation exercises. Get close to a native speaker pronunciation require hard work and time.Eguipping teachers with basic grammer is very good in their work.Gerund were explain very clearly.
