This final unit; unit 20, focused on troubleshooting issues that might occur in a classroom/teaching session. Some of the areas looked at were teaching a large number of students, teaching students who were all from the same country, spoke same language; teaching classes with students of mixed English abilities(levels), weak and strong students in same class. This unit was helpful in giving ideas/suggestions in how to work with these various issues that may arise in a teaching career and how to deal/overcome them.
